Shanghai Whaty won the bid for the online excellent courses of Distance Education Institute of East China University of Science and Technology 　　As an experienced e-learning provider, Whaty particularly emphasized on the research and building of the resources construction in 2007. At the beginning of the year, the establishments of China E-learning R&D Centre further strengthen the cooperation with distance education institutes and the study and exploration in resource. In 2007, three courses for China E-learning R&D Centre undertaken by Whaty were awarded as "National Distance Education Excellent Course in 2007" by the Ministry of Education. In southeast area, Shanghai Whaty also took part in the planning and designing of 2007 Physics and Chemistry excellent courses of East China University of Science and Technology, which was awarded as "National Distance Education Excellent Course in 2007". 　　In 2008, the Distance Education Institute of East China University of Science and Technology attaches great importance to the construction of national fine courses. This year the institute will apply three courses for approval, which are Principles of Chemical Engineering and Experiment of Principles of Chemical Engineering, Project Cartography, Advanced Mathematics. With detailed research and program design, Shanghai Whaty won the bid for the online excellent courses. The successful cooperation will further deepen the cooperation in resource construction between the Shanghai Whaty Company and the East China University of Science and Technology.
