This project will build a set of supporting software platform which is based on the internet e-learning, and Meet the actual needs for e-learning of primary and secondary school teachers in Fujian Province. Specifically speaking, this platform focuses on class management with scientific grade-separating management structure and perfect information management system for tutor continuing education to adapt to the province and city (district and county) two-level management mode. At the same time, equipped with perfect supervision system of teaching process, highly efficient study supporting and service system and open and flexible evaluation system of study results, it has rich synchronous, asynchronous e-learning and interaction functions. It also supports all aspects of education, satisfies the further study of students. 　　Most importantly, this system has open and expandable software structure, which can realize the integration with other existing software platform.
