China E-learning Resources Research and Development Centre 　　China E-learning Resources Research and Development Centre (CERRDC) was established by Whaty along with Distance Learning and Continuing Education College of China University Of Petroleum, Distance Learning and Continuing Education College of Beijing Jiaotong University, Cyber Educational College of Fujian Normal University and Cyber Educational College of Southwest University of Science and Technology in May, 2007. CERRDC dedicate to investigate characteristic, technology and construction standard of the development of e-learning resources. By now, CERRDC has developed hundreds of courseware and other education resources, got excellent achievement and became one of leading institutions in the e-learning industry nationwide. In 2007, three courses developed by China E-learning Resources Research and Development Centre undertaken were awarded as "National Distance Education Excellent Course in 2007" by the National Ministry of Education.
